SHORT TERM GUEST RULES:

• Check-in time: 1:00PM

• Check-out time: 11:00AM

• Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance or your card will be charged full price of stay

• NO SMOKING in rooms, if there are signs of smoking in the rooms, your card will be charged $100.00

• Any damages will be charged to your card

• Pet Friendly: additional fees applied  (NO CATS) 

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM-7:00 AM

 

LONG TERM GUEST RULES:

• If you checkout in the middle of the week you will not be reimbursed for that week

• NO SMOKING in rooms, if there are signs of smoking smoking in the room, your card will be charged $100.00

• Any damages after stay will be charged to your card

• Payment must be made at the beginning of every week

• Room must be cleaned upon leaving and any rearranged furniture must be put back into its original place

• You are in charge of taking your garbage to the dumpster

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM- 7:00AM

• If fresh linens or cleaning supplies are needed please ask

• You must provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.)
